Usually, I am the one reaching out to photographers and cosplayers to feature them on my website. But Mimoo Universe reached out to me! That makes me really happy, and I hope in the future, more people will do that. I know Mimoo in passing, but know that they are a really awesome person and should definitely be followed. Plus, if you're looking for last minute shoot slots, but your weekend is really busy, Mimoo offers 15 minute shoots for $25.
What is your social media? Mimoo Universe on Facebook and Instagram
What got you into photography? I've always enjoyed taking photos but when I started cosplaying I wanted to be able take better photos for my friends. Now I really enjoy learning and improving my skills with every shoot.
What's your favorite part of photographing Cosplayers? Helping others show off how much work they put into their cosplays and giving them at least one great photo to be proud of.
Words of advice for budding photographers? My advice is to just start. Don't worry about what everyone else is doing. Do what inspires you and make it because you love it.
Favorite Genre/Fandom you enjoy photographing? I really like when people cosplay older shows or Anime that you don't get to see often. Like seeing a sick Vash The Stampede.
Favorite convention to Shoot at/attend, and why? Anime Central because there's always a variety of people you can meet and see there. There's also a photographer event for cosplays to go and get free shots with some of the best photographers. As someone who is still starting, it's really cool to see how others work.
